Unused Brabender model Plastograph EC Plus table-top measuring device for measuring kneaders and measuring extruders for the execution of application tests in laboratories and technical institutes. Scope of supply:
1) Brabender Plastograph EC Plus table-top drive unit for extruders or mixers, including control unit. Drive with 3.8 kW motor with the possibility of speed control in the range of 0.2 – 150 rpm, torque range 0 – 200 Nm.
2) Brabender single screw measuring extruder model 19/25D with control sensors for zone temperature control, filling hopper, heads (1x Round die head, 1x Ribbon die head). The barrel has a length of 25D = 475 mm, max operating temperature 450°C. Screw diameter 19 mm x screw length 25D = 475 mm, max. torque 150 Nm. Tempering is provided by 3 tempering / cooling zones (electric heating á 1500 W), air cooling.
3) Brabender measuring kneader / mixer model 50 EHT with temperature sensor. The speed ratio of the driven and driven kneader is 2: 3, max torque 200 Nm. Heating output 3.88 kW, max operating temperature 500°C. Includes 1 set of roller blades and 1 set of cam blades.
4) Brabender belt conveyor, lenght approx. 1340 mm x 140 mm wide. Spead control vie frequency inverter
5) Computer with WinMix, WinExt, CANfig software installed
